We offer a range of NHS GP Services as part of Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group which is based at Civic Centre, Stone Cross Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU. Family Planning

Our doctors and nurses offer contraceptive advice and care. Dr Parker performs coil fitting. Telephone the surgery for more details.


We now have a walk in service starting here at the surgery on the 5th April 2018. These clinics will be held every Thursday between 4pm-6pm. No appointment is needed. The clinic will offer a range of sexual health services including STI & HIV tests and treatments, contraception  such as Depo injections and Implants (excluding coils and smears) free condoms and counselling and guidance on sexual health.

Cervical Cytology (Smear) Appointments

This service is provide by our practice nurse team.  You are unable to book these appointments online at present.  Please contact the surgery by telephone between the hours of 8.30am and 18.00pm to arrange an appointment.

Minor Surgery

The practice offers minor surgery appointments and cryosurgery clinics (i.e. the controlled destruction of unwanted tissues, moles, warts etc by the application of extreme cold.)

Appointments for these clinics or further information speak to the reception staff who will either book you an appointment for the necessary clinic or make you an appointment with one of our health care professionals to discuss your options.

Vaccinations, Immunisations & Travel Clinics

The practice nurses offer a full vaccination and immunisation service both to children and adults.

Two of our practice nurses are experienced in travel vaccination and advice. If you wish to book an appointment for this service please speak to the reception staff. In order to provide the best possible service you will be required to complete a questionnaire prior to your appointment with the nurse which should be no later than 4 weeks before you travel. Due to recent changes to government legislation on travel vaccine there could be a charge – please refer to our news article.

The surgery is a registered yellow fever centre (fee payable).

Anticoagulation (INR) & Other Drug Monitoring

Warfarin and Near Patient Testing advice and monitoring assistance is available.
